摘要
向23只健康家兔的蓝斑核(LC)内微量注射吗啡,观察对颏舌肌功能的影响。结果表明,注入微量吗啡后颏舌肌肌电积分幅度降低,频率减慢,而且此效应可被钠洛酮阻断,提示LC内存在吗啡受体,对颏舌肌的活动有抑制效应。
The integrated electromyographic activities of genioglossal muscles were recorded on 23 adult rabbits to study the effects of morhpine injected into locus coeruleus (LC).The results indicated that activities of genioglossal muscles were decreased and these effects could be reversed by naloxone microinjected into the same area.This suggest that opiate receptors exist in the LC and inhibitory effects on activities of genioglossal muscles.
