摘要
举办专业学术会议交流是科技创新的助推器。只有精心策划,确定选题;高度重视科学评论;拓展学术会议的经营形式;建立健全有效机制加强组织与管理才能经营好学术会议。同时,应注意以下4个问题:一是要做好组织策划;二是要处理学术活动与产品展示等活动的关系;三是以人为本,做好会议接待工作;四是强强联合,把会议做大做强,增强竞争力。
Holding an academic meeting is beneficial to brainstorming and innovation promoting. Only carefully and elaborately planning the schedule and procedures, selecting the subjects, organizing discussions, developing market, and optimizing management mechanism, can an academic meeting be successful and efficient. Meanwhile, we should focus on the following issues : making good preparation and organization, balancing the relation between academic activity and product show, creating excellent reception, and strengthen competition ability.
