椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折的临床效果。方法:采用经皮椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折32例61个椎体,术前VAS评分平均8.3分,其中对7例新鲜骨折先行闭合复位,病椎施行椎体内灌注骨水泥。观察术后疼痛缓解程度、椎体复位情况和并发症。结果:全部病例术后均有不同程度的疼痛缓解,术后VAS评分平均2.9分,随访一个月及6个月VAS评分平均为2.4分和2.6分,术前与术后VAS评分有显著性差异(P<0.001);7例经复位的椎体都达到大部分复位,其中2例术后有部分丢失;1例术后出现相邻椎体再骨折。结论:椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折,能有效缓解疼痛。
