摘要
对光学晶体CsLiB6O10(CLBO)和K2Al2B2O7(KABO)在Ⅱ类相位匹配下的混频光学特性进行了理论计算和分析,研究了混频相位匹配角、有效非线性系数、光波走离角、允许角和允许波长等参量随波长变化的关系。结果对于两种优质晶体选择最佳条件用于产生紫外激光的实验研究提供了重要的理论依据。
In this paper the optical properties of sum-frequency are calculated theoretically and analyzed in type 11 phase matching in nonlinear crystals CsLiB6O10 (CLBO) and K2Al2B2O7 (KABO). The phase matching angle, effective nonlinear coefficient, walk-off angles, permitted angle and permitted wavelength are obtained by detailed numerical simulation. These results are very useful in optimal experimental studies for the two materials.
