摘要
日粮中n-3多不饱和脂肪酸可调节与免疫细胞增殖、分化及凋亡有关的一系列信号通路,影响免疫细胞的功能,进而调节机体的细胞免疫反应。作者就n-3多不饱和脂肪酸在免疫细胞的增殖及分化信号通路中的作用作一综述。
