摘要
利用木屑为原料,探讨了在高温(170-250℃)、稀酸(质量分数为1%-5%)的条件下制备乙酰丙酸的工艺条件.根据水解方式的不同,确定采用无机酸为催化剂水解木屑有利于乙酰丙酸的生成.在此基础上,分别研究了不同硫酸含量、温度、粒度、液固比和反应时间对木屑转化为乙酰丙酸产率的影响.结果表明,温度210℃,硫酸质量分数3%,液固质量比15∶1,木屑目数20-40目,反应时间30 min下为较优的工艺.该工艺条件下,乙酰丙酸的产率为17.01%.
Levulinic acid is a kind of new green platform chemical and can be used widely in many fields. This study proposed a method of making levulinic acid from sawdust under higher temperature (170 - 250 ℃ ) and dilute acid concentration (1% - 5% ) conditions. According to different hydrolysis ways, the inorganic acid can be used as catalyst to promote the production of levulinic acid. On this basis, different sulfuric acid concentration, reaction temperature, sawdust particle size, liquid/solid ratio and reaction time were investigated respectively. The experimental result shows that the optimal conditions are as follows: temperature 210 ℃ , sulfuric acid mass concentration 3% , liquid/solid mass ratio 15: 1, particle size 20 -40 mesh,and reaction time 30min. Under the optimal conditions, the levulinic acid yield can reach to 17.01%.
