摘要
用呼吸测热法及相应的代谢、饲养试验对4头成年梅花公鹿绝食、维特能量代谢和甲烷能代谢进行了测定,结果表明:成年梅花公鹿绝食代谢产热(FHP)为365KJ/W0.75·d。维持代谢能需要量(MEm)为516KJ/W0.75·d;维持代谢能的利用效率(Km)为0.707,甲烷能(CH4E)产生量随GEI的增加而增加,也随采食后时间的推移而减少;CH4E的产生量分别占GEI、DEI和HP的5.61%、8.83和10.88%。以GEI为自变量,CH4E为依变量所建立的甲烷能估计方程为:CH4E(KJ/d)=0.07GEI(KJ/d)-101.04(r=0.944,p<0.01)
The fasting heat production (FHP),metabolic energy maintenance (MEm) fer requiment and methance energy (CHE) metabotism were mesaured by indirect respiration chamber system digestion metabolism trail in four adult(5 -year-old)male sika deer. The results showed that the FHP was 365 KJ/W0.75/day ; the MEm requirmcnt was s16KJ/w0.75/day ;The efficieney of MEm (km) was o. 707.The amount of CHE prodiction was 6. 61 %, 8. 63% and 10. 88% of the GEI, DEI and HP.respectively.
