摘要
从攀长钢的组织机构形式入手,分析了攀长钢在人事管理方面的现状,根据现代企业对人力资源信息管理的要求和攀长钢网络建设的现实条件,从人事管理的角度阐述了开发《人力资源信息管理系统》的必要性和解决方案,说明了通过应用《人力资源信息管理系统》,较好地解决了人力资源信息管理中数据的创建、转移、存贮、统计、查询等问题,提高了工效并降低了管理成本。
From the viewpoint of organization structure from, the current situation of personnel management in Changgang Steel Company was analyzed; Based on the requirements of modern enterprise on the human resource information management and realistic condition of Changgang Steel Company in network construction, the necessity and solution for development of information management system of human resource were expound from the view of personnel. The result showed that the creation, transmission, storage, statistic and query of data on human resource information management was realized with the application of information management system of human resource, thus the work efficiency was improved and the management cost was reduced.
