构建高层管理者有效激励机制,是国有企业参与国际竞争,应对高端人才挑战的必要措施。建立现代企业制度.造就高素质的经营管理者队伍,应当采取精神激励与物质激励相结合的方式。本文主要论述了构建国有企业高层管理者有效激励机制的必要性、构建原则及对策。
