摘要
应用AFB_1致肝癌作用的短期实验模型,观察绿茶成分茶多酚对AFB_1诱发肝癌前病变酶变灶的影响。结果发现,茶多酚对肝癌前病变大偏差酶变灶、小偏差酶变灶及总酶变灶均有显著的抑制作用。提示茶多酚可能是茶叶防癌的主要有效成分之一。
Green tea polyphenols(GTP)were tested for their effects on aflatoxin B_1(AFB_1)-induced hepatocarcinogenesis in rats,using the short term in vivo experimental model.The results showed that GTP had significant inhibitory effects on the development of AFB_1-induced maximally deviated, mimimally deviated and total enzyme-altered foci.Our experimental results suggest that GTP may be the main component of green tea responsible for cancer prevention.
