摘要
当前,我国电子信息产业发展进入新的转折期,由于知识产权管理的不足,我国电子信息企业在面对跨国公司的专利和知识产权壁垒时,缺乏有效的应对手段和话语权,知识产权因素导致的成本问题凸显。就信息产业知识产权管理的内容做一分析,并提出相关的对策和建议。

This article makesan analysis on the information industries intellectual property rightsmanagement content, and proposes the correlation countermeasure andthe suggestion.
