摘要
介绍工作频率为30-60kHz、功率为5kW串联准谐振移相调功感应加热电源的工作原理及实验仿真结果。控制电路采用LEM电流传感器和CD4046集成锁相环实现频率跟踪和移相调功,具有电路简单、效率高、体积小和成本低等优点。
This paper introduces a 30-60 kHz 5kW serial quasi-resonant phase-shifted power regulating induction heating power supply and describes its operation principle. In the same time, the experimental results are given along with the simulation results. The frequency tracking and power regulating based on phase locking and shifting are implemented by the current transducer LEM and IC CD4046 in the control circuit. The features of the induction heating power supply are of simplicity, high efficiency, small volume and low cost.
