摘要
燃料炉生成的NO_x有害气体宜在燃烧过程中加以控制。因燃料型NO_x主要与燃料含氮量及燃烧气氛有关,热力型NO_x主要受燃烧温度的影响,故可从燃烧方式、炉型、燃烧器等几个方面,通过调节过量空气系数、控制炉温、合理组织燃烧工况等多种方法来抑制总NO_x的生成。
Harmful NOx produced in fuel-fired furnace are better controlled during combustion process. Fuel type NOx are related to nitrogen content in fuel and combustion atmosphere, and thermal NOx mainly depend on combustion temp erature. So repressing of total NOx amount can be realized through regulating over-air efficiency, controlling furnace temperature and reasonably combusting.
