摘要
经３１种药物体外抑菌试验筛选，有７种药物对曲霉属、青霉属、镰刀菌属、毛霉属、根霉属、犁头霉属等１４种霉菌达到完全抑制生长作用，属于兽用广谱抗霉菌药物。其ＭＩＣ分别是结晶紫０．０１～１．０％、煌绿０．１～１．０％、硫酸铜０．３～０．４％、大蒜酊１０～２０％、蜂胶酊５～１０％、氯化亚铈２～４ｍｇ／ｍｌ、氯化镧２～４ｍｇ／ｍｌ。后４种属于抗霉菌新药，ＭＢＣ分别是：大蒜酊１５～３０％、蜂胶酊１０～２０％、氯化亚铈５～６ｍｇ／ｍｌ、氯化镧４～６ｍｇ／ｍｌ。这４种广谱抗霉菌新药均具有资源丰富，价格低廉，能增强动物抵抗力之功效，既可作为饲料添加剂，又是很好的广谱抗霉菌药物。
drugs were trially screened in vitro ,of which 7 drugs had completely suppressive effects on 14 species of moulds in Aspergillus,Penicillium,Fusarium,Mucor,Rhizopus,Absidiaetc.Their MICs were respectively:Crytal Violet 0.01～1.0%,Brilliant Green 0.1～1.0%,Cupric Sulphate 0.3～0.4%,Garlic Tincture 10～20%,Bee Glue Tincture 5～10%,Cerous Chlorde(Cecl 3)2～4mg/ml,Lanthanum Chloride(Lacl 3)2～4mg/ml.The latter four kinds of drugs were new antimycotic agents,their MBCs were Garlic tincture 15～30%,Bee Glue Tincture 10～20%,Cerous Chloride 5～6mg/ml,Lanthanum Chloride 4～6mg/ml,respectively.All the four kinds of drugs are rich in natural resources,cheap and can strengthen the animals disease resistant capicities.They can be used not only as feed additives,but also as wide spectrum antimycotic agents.They have broad application prospects in veterinary clinic.
