摘要
用Ames试验对肝癌高发区扶绥县主粮中常见的真菌杂色曲霉、棕曲霉、构巢曲霉代谢提取物和AFB_1进行协同诱变效应测定。结果表明这些真菌代谢产物与AFB_1有协同致突变作用。提示食用霉变食物在肝癌发生上可能有协同作用。加强粮油防霉去毒工作,不吃霉变食物可能会降低肝癌发病率。
Three strains of the common fungi(A.Uersicolor,A.ochrace, A.nidulans)were isolated from the main grains in the high incidence liver cancer area-Fusui county,and their metabolic extracts were prepared.Possible co-mutagenic effects of these metabolic extracts with AFB_1 on Salmonella typhimurium TA98 and TA100 mutants was tested.The results showed that in vitro these metabolic extracts with AFB_1 had different degrees of co-mutagenic effects.It is considered that these co-mutagenic effects may play an important role in the incidence of liver cancer in Fusui county.
