摘要
本试验以四川川西茶区主栽品种为材料,采用简单相关分析和多元回归统计方式,研究光合强度与叶片解剖结构和叶绿体超微结构的关系。结果表明:叶片结构与光合强度密切相关,叶片栅栏组织的厚度、栅栏细胞的密度、细胞长径/短径、栅/海、叶绿体基粒数与基粒片层数与光合积累值的相关系数分别为0.429、0.828、0.652、0.374、0.475和0.330。
The relation between leaf structure and photosynthetic characters was studied in this paper with statistical methods, such as linear correlation,multiple regression based on five tea varieties. The results were shown asfollows: Moderately positive correlation of the density of palisade cell, theratio of the length to width of the first layer palisade cell, the width ofpalisade tissue, the ratio of the width of palisade to the one of spongy tissueto the accumulative amounts of photosyn that were significant or highly signif-icantand the linear correlation coefficient (R) were 0.828 (P<0.01), 0.652(P<0.01),0.429 (P<0.01) and 0.374 (P<0.05) resspectively. The relation betweenthe numbersof choroplast grana, the numbers of chloroplast lamelase structureand theaccumulative amounts of photosynthate was also observed (r=0.475,P<0.01,r=0.330, P<0.05).
