摘要
服从正态分布的随机变量，其简单随机样本的平方平均数亦是一个随机变量。本文首先推导出这一随机变量遵从的概率分布。
For any random variable obeying normal distribution,the root-mean-sqaure value of its simple random sample is a random variable, too. In the paperprobability distribution of the random variable was logically examined first, inaccordance with the distribution, a correct estimation method of a populationroot-mean-square value was then developed depending on isoproblematic simplerandom sample.
