摘要
提出了在洞庭湖区一线防洪大堤植树稳固堤身的构想 ,并分析其可能性、必要性和生态后效 .认为防洪大堤植树造林有可能增强堤身的稳固性 ,提高堤身抗溃决的能力 ,可能是现阶段可采取的为数不多的有效防御措施之一 .
The concept of stabilizing the dike body by afforestation on the flood control dike in Dongting Lake Area has been proposed and the possibility,necessity and ecological influence of the concept analysed. The result shows that it will strengthen the stability of dike body to prevent it from collapsing and also be one of the few measures to be taken to defend effectively the dike body nowadays.
