摘要
人类经济发展的载体是土地资源,对土地资源的合理利用就变得非常重要。对于有限的土地利用,传统的可持续发展模型有很大的局限性,忽略了空间生态环境的价值和可持续发展。现探讨的主题就是构建一个以生态环境保护为基础,形成生态环境、自然资源、人类生产生活和谐发展的土地利用模式。
Regarded as the essential factors of socio - economic development, the resource, environment, ecology not only offer the condition for socio- economic development but also stipulate human material production activity and the demarcation lines of the other activities on this basis. The carrier of human economic development is the land, so it is very important that we make the rational utilization of the land resource. There is very great limitation in the traditional sustainable development model on utilizing the limited land, because the model has neglected the value of the space ecological environment and sustainable development. The theme of this article is to construct a mode that based on ecological environmental protection and can reach the result that the ecological environment,natural resources,mankind lives in a harmonious development .
