摘要
对微纳卫星中存在的微尺度传热问题及微尺度传热的研究现状进行了论述和分析.介绍了可以解决微尺度传热问题的几种微器件及其工作原理,提出可以应用于微纳卫星热控设计中的新材料和冷却办法.
A summary analysis of the microscale heat transfer problems in micro/nano-satellite and present research state of microscale heat transfer was presented. Several micro-apparatus and their working principles were introduced. Novel materials and cooling methods used in thermal control design of micro/nano-satellite were presented.
