摘要
医学科研的培训和教育是现代医学教育的一个非常重要的部分。通过医学科研培训,将在医学生开始其医学生涯之际培养其严谨思考的能力,一定的科研技能以及正确的科研态度。同时,激励和引导医学生从事医学科学研究,将对国家未来的医学临床和研究的自主发展起到决定性作用。美国已在近几十年建立起完善的医学科研培训体系,并取得了极大的成功。
Medical research training forms an important part of medical education. It is essential to cultivate critical thinking and reasoning skills and to develop a positive attitude amongst students towards scientific research from the beginning of their medical career. Encouraging and motivating students＇ research activity can help developing countries to achieve self-reliance in health care and medical research. The system of medical undergraduate students＇ research training has been well established and has gotten great success for several decades in United States. This paper introduces the current condition of medical research training for the undergraduate students in the United States. It may help us to think how to improve the medical research training in higher medical schools in China.
