摘要
目的:分析老年人骨折术后并发精神障碍的原因及防治措施;方法:回顾性分析我院2001年1月至2006年6月老年人骨折术后并发精神障碍的病人38例;结果38例病人中34例痊愈,3例出现老年人痴呆,1例死亡;结论:老年人骨折术后并发精神障碍与年龄、病情成正相关,其治疗重在术前预防,术后有效镇痛及心理治疗。
Objective：To analyze the reasons and treatment of postoperative mental disorders of fracture in the elderly. Methods：Retrospectively analyzed with 38cases of postoperative mental disorders of fracture in the elderly from January 2001 to June 2006. Results ： The result was 34 excellent, 3Alzheimer disease, ldead. Conclusion ： The postoperative mental disorders of fracture in the elderly was correlateed with age and fracture,the importace of treatment was prevention before operation, analgesia and mentality of postoperative.
