摘要
目的观察扶正活血中药治疗肿瘤化疗毒副反应的临床疗效。方法将289例恶性肿瘤患者随机分为治疗组187例与对照组102例,均根据不同肿瘤类型采用不同化疗方案,并于化疗期间予格拉司琼静推止吐,治疗组加用护正活血中药;比较两组化疗毒副反应发生情况。结果治疗组化疗毒副反应发生率明显低于对照组。结论化疗期间应用扶正活血中药能有效降低化疗毒副作用发生。
Objective： To observe chinese crude drug in reducing adverse effects of the chemotherapy. Methods： 289 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group（ n = 187） and the control group（ n = 102）. All patients were given chemotheray and added Granisetron to antiemetic. The treatment group treated with chinese crude drug additionally. Results： The adverse effects rate were obvious lower than the control group. Conclusion： Chinese crude drug can lower the adverse effects rate obviously during the chemotherapy.
