摘要
目的 探讨人工股骨头置换治疗高龄股骨转子间骨折的临床应用。方法 1998年至2005年采用人工股骨头置换治疗高龄股骨转子间骨折25例,年龄75-92岁,平均79.6岁。假体均为骨水泥型,随访时间1-8年,平均3.6年。结果 围术期无死亡病例,按Harris评分方法,优11例,良8例,可4例,差2例。2例假体下沉。结论 人工股骨头置换治疗高龄股骨转子间骨折是可取的。
Objective To discuss the indications, methods and results of treatment of the femoral intertrochanteric fractures with hemi - hip prosthesis replacement for elderly patients. Methods From 1998 to 2005, 25 cases with femoral intertrochanteric fractures underwent cement hemi - hip prosthesis replacement . The mean age was 79.6 （ ranging from 75 to 92 ）. The mean follow - up was 3.6years （ ranging from 1 to 8 years）. Results No case died perioperatively. According to Harris evaluation, 11 cases were rated as excellent , 8 good, 4 fair and 2 poor. Tow cases were prosthetic sink. Conclusion The hemi - hip prosthesis replacement can treat femoral intertrochanteric fractures for elderly patients if operative indication was correctly selected.
