摘要
大峪口矿肥结合工程是我国“八五”重点建设项目之一．我院经过十几年的开发研究，先后完成了实验室试验、1.5t／d连续试验、50t／d半工业性试验、捕收剂代用试验和150万t/a选矿厂工业调试，取得了磷精矿含P2O533.47％～34．63％，回收率77％～78％的选矿指标。我院研制的新型捕收剂pA－42和碳酸盐脉石矿物有效抑制剂S711，在大峪口磷块岩选矿中都有良好表现。
Dayukou combined project of mineral and fertilizeris one of the key proects in the Eighth Five - Year Plan. Our in-stitute has finished the laboratory tcst, 1. 5t/d continnous test,50t/d pilot test, substitute test of collector and 1. 5million t/a in-dustrial adjustment for the project by over ten years' developmentand study. The phosphate concentrate with the grade of P2O5 33.47 ~ 34. 63 % and the recovery of 77% ~ 78 % has been obtainedin industrial adjustment. New type of collector PA - 42 and de-pressor of carbonate gangue S711 developed by our institute havebeen successfully used in Dayukou phosphale rock proccssing.
