椎弓根螺钉内固定术后松动、断裂原因分析及对策 被引量:4

摘要 采用椎弓根螺钉内固定系统治疗脊柱疾病和骨折已十分普遍,该技术在我国已应用了20年.虽然其疗效良好,但也有一些并发症,其中内固定器械断裂及弯曲松动的问题不容忽视.本研究对19例脊柱疾病或骨折患者行椎弓根螺钉内固定术后发生断钉、断棒、螺钉弯曲松动及钉棒脱出的原因进行分析,以探讨解决方法.
