摘要
本文分析了QoE(体验质量)与其他概念(QoS、KPI/KQI)之间的关系,详细列举了各标准组织对QoE的研究现状,并对QoE未来的发展趋势做出预测,最后站在运营商的角度阐述了QoE研究的重要意义和可以着手开展的研究工作。
Based on the analysis of the concepts on QoE, QoS, KQI and KPI, with the research of QoE in some standarad organizations, the forecast of the future research of QoE was proposed, and the significance of QoE research and the following research were explained in detail from the view of network operator.
