就诊成年人对错正畸需求的调查研究 被引量：5

摘要 [目的]对寻求正畸治疗成年人群体的客观正畸治疗需要进行流行病学调查,研究他们对牙齿美观的看法及对自身正畸治疗需要的认知。[方法]对106名来我院寻求正畸治疗的成年人进行问卷调查及临床检查,以正畸治疗需要指数(Index of orthodontic treatment need,IOTN)为客观指标,通过问卷调查获得其对牙齿美观的看法及对自身正畸治疗需要的认知,获得该群体错畸形分布情况。[结果]轻度需要(第2级)正畸治疗者为15%,中度需要(第3级)为42%,明显需要(第4级)为32%,非常需要(第5级)为11%。[结论]成年人群体的客观正畸治疗需要程度较高,而主观正畸治疗要求相对较低。
