摘要
钢球磨煤机在火电厂中储式制粉系统中占有很重要的地位,磨内负荷测量对球磨机工作在最佳出力、实现节能降耗有重要作用。现有的钢球磨煤机负荷测量有进出口压差法、轴振法、磨电流法、噪声法、超声波法和气动压差法等等,发展趋势是向着先进理论方法和多因素联合测量方向发展。
Ball mill is of consequence in mid-storage powder-making system of heat-enging plant,to survey the load inside mill plays a important roll in making the mill work in the optimal output output state so as to save energy and reduce consumption. The current approach for surveying the load inside ball mill includes approach of differ-ential pressure between inlet and outlet,bearing vibration approach,mill current approach,noise approach,supersonic wave approach and pneumatic pressure differ-ence approach etc. Advanced theory and multi-factors synthetic survey are the devel-oping trend.
