摘要
本文对我国高新技术企业的潜在资金供给能力进行了分析,利用大量数据从银行的信贷资金、企业发行债券、上市融资及风险投资4个方面分析了高新技术企业资金的现实供给。本文认为,我国高新技术企业资金供给的有效性不足,期待着出现一种新的金融契约,将潜在的资金供给转化为现实的资金供给。
At first, this paper has analyzed the potential ability of capital supply of the high-tech enterprises in our country. Then, based on a great deal of data it has analyzed the realistic capital supply of these enterprises through four aspects： banks ＇ credit capital, corporate bond, financing in stock market and risk investment. Finally, through above analysis, it has obtained that the validity of capital of high-tech enterprise is insufficient. And a new financial contract is expected to appear, which can change the potential capital supply to realistic.
