摘要
高校的办公自动化(OA)不仅关系到高校自身的管理水平,也影响数字化校园的整体建设。当前高校OA系统存在部门发展不平衡、人员水平不平衡、缺乏整体规划等问题,因此,基于数字化校园的OA系统设计要遵循标准性、先进性、实用性、安全性、开放性与可扩展性等原则,根据需要设定功能和模块,采用最新的Lotus Notes/Domino软件平台。
This paper summarizes the conception and progress of digital campus and OA system in universities. Based on analyzing the present state of departments and staff unbalance as well as the lack of comprehensive systematic planning in OA system, the paper holds that the design of OA system should follow the principles of standard and advance, practicability and reliability, safety, openness, and expansion, the content division should be appropriate, and the Lotus Notes/Domino platform be used.
