摘要
对于采用不同软件生命周期模型的项目在实施CMM当中遇到的实际问题及其产生机理进行了深入分析,并提出初步的解决方案,主要涉及:采用迭代式生命周期模型的项目在实施需求管理过程域的部分内容时难以满足CMM的要求,建议通过扩展基线的概念,采用分步基线化、分块基线化的方法予以处理;软件产品工程过程域的内容更多地针对瀑布模型,针对迭代式生命周期的内容较少,因而在实际使用迭代式生命周期模型时,工程活动不能局限于CMM的内容。建议对CMM中的工作产品与迭代式生命周期模型中的工作产品进行映射,并采用迭代式生命周期模型中的方法和概念作为替代实践以符合软件产品工程过程域的要求。
Analyzed problems and causes of CMM implementation in the different software life cycle models, and put forth the primary solution. Projects using iterative life cycle models were difficult to satisfy the requirement of requirement management process area. Suggestion was to extend the meaning of baseline, divide the requirement to several parts, to each part, establish baseline many times during the iteration. Software product engineering process area mainly focused on waterfall model and had little content about iterative life cycle models. Projects using iterative life cycle models should not be restricted within the con- tent of CMM. Suggestion was to map the work product of CMM and iterative life cycle models, and use the method and concept of iterative life cycle models as alternative practices to satisfy software product engineering process area.
