摘要
２８例精神疾病合并乙型肝炎的患者与同期无精神疾病的乙型肝炎病人作比较，其临床表现、体征与肝损害程度有较大差异，且疗效差，表明精神疾病患者罹患乙型肝炎较一般肝炎患者为重。提出在精神病院应重视合并存在的躯体疾病。
Objective:To study hepatitis B in psychiatric inpatients.Method:28 psychiatric inpatients with hepatiitis B were compared with other hepatitis-B patients without mental disorders.Results:Hepatitis B infection in psychiatric patients exhibited more severe clinical symptoms and worse liver functions.Treatment was less satisfactory.Discussion:The more severe nature of hepatitis B infection in psychiatric patients might partly be related to the use of psychotropic drugs which affect liver functions.More attention should be paid by psychiatrists to the manifestation and treatment of physical disease,and their interaction with psychiatric treatments,in patients with mental disorders.
