信息搜寻、经纪服务与市场效率——来自住房市场的微观证据和宏观意义被引量：9

摘要信息经济学理论指出,信息不充分几乎是所有市场的共同特征。在信息问题尤为严重的住房市场中,产生了专门从事搜集和经营信息的经纪服务行业,它的存在是否能够提高住房市场效率,是社会所关注的重要经济问题,也是本领域国际学者的研究热点。相关实证研究表明:经纪服务在降低住房搜寻成本,缩短搜寻时间和提高住房与家庭的匹配程度上具有显著的促进作用。这些微观证据表明,经纪服务所产生的这种润滑效应有助于降低住房市场中的交易成本,提高市场效率和住房资源的配置效率。
