摘要
用250块(左右各125块)正常成人肩胛骨,以肩胛冈上缘中点为穿刺点,向肩胛切迹作模拟穿刺。穿刺深度为2.81±0.39(4.10～2.10)cm,穿刺角度平均为9°83′。为临床肩胛上神经嵌压症的封闭疗法提供了可靠的解剖学数据。使用本文作者设计的穿刺板能进一步提高穿刺的准确性。
The imitative puncture to the scapular notch was made at the approximate midpoint of upper border of the scapular spine on 250(left 125,right 125) pieces of normal adult scapulas.The puncture depth was 2.81±0.39(4.10～2.10)cm and the average puncture angle was 9°83′.In the article,a reliable anatomical data is provided for using local block therapy to treat the suprascapular nerve entrapment syndrome.Application of the puncture plate designed by the authors can further improve the accuracy in puncturing the scapular notch.
