摘要
文章介绍了电力系统稳定器PSS的原理和作用,并在华中科技大学研制的WDT-Ⅲ型电力系统综合自动化试验台上,对单机-无穷大系统进行了投和不投电力系统稳定器时的电力系统暂态稳定性试验。试验结果表明:投PSS时功率极限要比不投PSS时功率极限有所提高。由此说明电力系统稳定器能够提升系统的稳定性。
The principles and applications of power system stabilizer (PSS) are introduced. And power system transient stability experiment for single unit-infinite system with and without PSS was carried out on the WDT-III integrated automatic tester developed by Huazhong University of Science and Technology. Results show that the power limit with PSS is higher than that without PSS. Therefore, the PSS can be used to improve system stability.
