摘要
煤粉燃烧器气化小油枪点火技术是一项为节省锅炉耗油量所发展起来的技术。文章通过数值计算,考察了煤粉浓度、煤粉颗粒粒径、热风温度、热风风速及煤种等因素对点火性能的影响。研究结果表明:煤的挥发份含量越高、煤粉浓度越高、煤粉颗粒粒径越小、热风温度越高、热风风速与送煤粉风速配合得越好,则燃烧器点火性能越好。
Igniting pulverized coal burner with vaporized oil gun is a technology developed for reducing boiler oil consumption. Through numerical calculation, the influences of factors, such as concentration and grain size of pulverized coal, temperature and velocity of hot air and coal type, etc., are studied. Results show that higher volatile content of the coal, higher concentration of pulverized coal, smaller grain size of the pulverized coal, hotter air and better combination of hot air velocity and coal conveying velocity are beneficial to burner ignition performance.
