摘要
目的:制作稳定的液压性颅脑损伤动物模型,重点探讨液压损伤装置制作方法,为进一步研究颅脑外伤提供基础。方法:将40只SD大鼠分损伤组3组,对照组1组分别给予不同打击造成轻中重颅脑液压打击伤并观察生命体征及病理学变化。结果:损伤组大鼠均有不同程度的脑损伤病理改变,造成的损伤稳定。结论:制作的液压损伤装置可以复制出大鼠分级液压打击脑损伤,模型冲击力定量准确,重复性好。
Objective: To approach to establish the stable animal fluid- percussion traumatic brain injury model, especially the fluidpercussion brain injury equipment. And so provide new installation for traumatic brain injury research. Metlmds: Refer to the principle of fluid percussion impact injury, we have designed and made a fluid percussion impact equipment, and applied the equipment to some rats. Forty SD rats were randomly divided into two groups, i.e. control group, traumatic brain injury (TBI) group. And the TBI group was randomly divided averagely into three sub - groups, there are 10 rats in every sub - group. And every sub- group was given different level attack with the fluid percussion impact equipment. Then some pathologic observation were given all groups. Results:TBI sub-groups rats were observed different level brain injury with given different level attack with the fluid percussion impact equipment. Conclusion: The fluid- percussion impact equipment can adjust precisely and export attack pressure by different demand in animal TBI model.
