摘要
本文检测了１３名成人在使用氟化泡沫后唾液中的氟浓度。结果表明，用氟后唾液中的氟浓度立即上升（７３．７２ｐｐｍ），随后迅速下降，变化的幅度个体之间有明显差异。用氟后２小时氟浓度达３．３１ｐｐｍ，仍高于用氟前（０．０５２ｐｐｍ），用氟后６小时的唾液氟浓度（０．２４ｐｐｍ）与使用前相比无统计学意义（Ｐ＞０．０５）。
Fluoride concentrations in mixed human saliva of thirteen adult participants were determined following topical application of fluoride foam.The concentrations recored immediately after treatment increated greatly(73.72pm),then decreased rapidly.The variations of fluoride increase and decrease were significantly different in different individuals.The concentration was still higher after 2 hours following application(3.31ppm) than baseline values (0.052ppm) and was not significantly higher after 6 hours(0.24ppm).
