福建作为一个资源相对稀缺的省份,面临着循环经济发展的紧迫性。本文通过对福建发展循环经济的紧迫性与困境的分析,探讨福建发展循环经济的切入点,并重点分析政府与企业在其中应承担的责任。
Fujian Province faces to the urgency of the development of Recycling Economy as a Province with scarce resources relatively. The article analyses the urgency and plight of developing Recycling Economy in Fujian. It discusses the key how to develop Recycling Economy in Fujian, and weightily discusses the duty that must be assumed by the government and enterprise.
