摘要
对测量误差和测量不确定度的基本概念作了简单介绍,并举例说明了测量不确定度A类和B类评定以及测量结果不确定度评定,为机械产品测量不确定度评定提供参考。
Firstly, this paper briefly introduces the basic definitions of measurement error and measurement uncertainty. Then, an illustration is given to illustrate how category A and category B assessment are used for measuring uncertainty. And, category A and category B assessment are used for assessing the uncertainty of the measuring result.
