肝脏恶性肿瘤射频消融术后影像学研究进展 被引量：6

摘要 外科手术切除术是肝癌的经典治疗方法，但往往只有不到20％患者具有手术适应证。射频消融术能够产生较高的肿瘤坏死率，近年来被广泛应用于治疗肝脏恶性肿瘤。包括CT、MRI等在内的多种影像方法被广泛地应用于肝脏肿瘤射频后的疗效评估。正确认识肝脏肿瘤射频后的各种影像表现将有助于对疗效的判定从而为制定进一步治疗方案提供依据。
