摘要
建立固液两相流离心泵边界层理论模型,分析叶片近壁表面流动状态,解决困扰两相流离心泵的两大问题:能耗大,寿命低。基于边界层理论,开发出了自上而下的固液两相流离心泵CAD系统,改变了传统设计方法。
A boundary layer model is defined for solid-fluid two phases flow centrifugal pump, and flow form close to vane surface is analyzed. The theory can be used to design pumps which are energy saving and have longer work time. An Up-Down CAD system for centrifugal pump is programmed based on boundary layer, which changes traditional design methods.
