摘要
为克服传统液压传动技术的缺陷,设计出一种基于直线电机驱动的新型并联式增压装置,并对系统的工作原理进行了分析,给出了工作原理图,对系统的输出流量与输出力进行了分析计算,给出了相应的计算公式。该装置以直线电机为动力源,实现了液压油的封闭式循环,减轻了油液对环境的污染。该装置技术功能较为完善,工作效率显著提高,是对复合传动绿色化设计的一种尝试。
In order to overcome the shortcomings of tradtional fluid pressure transmission, the working principle of a new kind of parallel pressure amplifier driven by linear motor is designed. The working principle graph is given. The analysis and calculating of the output flow and output liquid pressure are provided. Its calculating formulae of output flow and liquid output pressure are also given. The whole system is driven by the linear motor. The circulation of fluid oil is accomplished. The pressure amplifier also decreases the environment pollution caused by the oil. As an attempt of green designing of synthetic transmission, this innovative device has perfect technical functions and with much higher working efficiency.
