摘要
收纸装置是印刷机的最后单元,在收纸装置中收纸链条架着收纸叼牙排在导轨中运行,导轨布局设计的优劣对印刷质量和印刷速度的提升影响很大,因此合理设计印刷机收纸链条导轨布局是非常重要的。选用五次多项式运动规律曲线设计曲线导轨,消除了原有收纸导轨存在的振动与冲击,对于提高国产印刷机的速度、精度和印刷质量,缩短国产机与国外先进印刷机的差距有重要意义。
Delivery assembly is the final element of printing press. The delivery chains with the jaws operate in the chains orbit, the distribution of orbit will affect the improvement of printing quality and speed greatly, so the design of distribution of delivery chains orbit is very important. From the designing the ＂ curve orbit＂ according to 5 degree polyhomical movement curve in the paper,we can see that the vibration and impact are eliminated which is important both to enhance the speed ,precision and quality of internal printing press and to shorten the gap between the internal printing press and the foreign external top grade ones.
