摘要
根据处理贫酸气的需要,H_2S直接氧化法制硫技术的发展又重新引起了人们的重视。本文简述了直接氧化法工艺与基本原理、对H2S转化率的影响因素,以及国外开发的Selectox工艺和Clin-sulf-DO工艺,指出当前国内应以解决反应器结构和催化剂为技术开发的主要目标,以利于促进该项工艺技术的工业应用。
Facing the necessity for ndng the lean acid gas, the development of sulfure production by H2S direct oxidation process has been paid more attention again. The direct oxidation process and its basic principle, influence factors on H2S conversion rate together with Selectox and Clinsulf-DO processes developed abroad are introduced. The structure of reactor and catalyst are pointed out to be the main target of technological development at present time at home in striving for commercial application of this process.
