摘要
磨溪气田腐蚀严重,欲扩大其产能建设,加大气田开采速度,为此提出了方案1:开发气田西部,再建1×80万m3/d产能;方案2:现有净化装置技改,增加20万m3/d产能;方案3:视华西探井情况,撬装东迁,原址再建1×80万m3/d产能;方案4:部分酸气用于硫化工生产,增加20~30万m3/d产能。通过主要情况比较,文章结论认为,方案1、2、3、4均可实施,尤其应注重方案4的实施。
Moxi gas field corrodes seriously. In order to expand the productivity and quicken the exploitation rate, four schemes are put forward in the essay, i.,e ①Exploit the western part of the field, and construct a capacity of 800×103m3/d,② Technical innovation of the existing gas purification unit to increase a capacity of 200×103m3/d, ③Move the skid-mounted purification unit eastward in accordance with the situation of exploration wells in Huaxi, and build a with a capacity of 800×103m3/d at the original sites,④Use a portion of acid gas for sulfur-chemicals production , and a capacity of 200to 300×103m3/d. Through the comparison of main conditions, the paper considers that all the schemes can be put into operation, and the scheme④is especially worth careful consideration.
