附睾β防御素研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 附睾上皮各种蛋白质的合成与分泌,为精子提供了一个特殊的管腔液体微环境,使精子在附睾内转运过程中获得了最终和卵子结合的重要功能。其中最为重要的一类蛋白质是附睾β防御素,其在宿主生殖道防御与雄性生育方面发挥双重作用,为进一步研究开发男性避孕药物与抗生殖道感染的药物提供了新思路。就该蛋白结构与功能特征及其在诊断治疗男性不育症等方面的应用前景综述。
