改造喷燃器,提高锅炉效率

摘要 四角布置的直流喷燃,由于其燃烧方式是靠四股气流组织的,所以一、二次风量及风速的选择是决定炉膛良好的空气动力工况的基本条件,煤粉浓度局部富集可使析出的挥发份易于与环境氧气达到合适的匹配。向回流区喷入一股煤粉,利用回流,使这股煤粉首先着火,然后通过回流区边界强烈的物质交换,将回流区热量传给主流,从而点燃主流。基于上述思想,建议在喷口中间垂直方向加装"V型钝体",以利于稳定地燃烧。 Because of the burning method of corner once -through burher is completed by four air, the choica of primary and second air flow rate and wind velocity is the basic condition of determining the airdynamic condition of furnace, the concentration of pulverized coal is rich in part, that can make the volatile matter match with the air. Spray pulverized coal to the return zone, make the pul- verized coal fire first. By the mass exchange of the return side, transfer the heat to the main flow, in order to fire the main flow, So advise to assemble vertide "V dull" in the middle of nozzle, in order to make the combustion stably.
