摘要
主要通过对低噪声放大器(LNA)的一些主要指标:增益、噪声系数、稳定性等的研究,同时讨论了低噪声放大器具体匹配电路和偏置电路的设计,基于ATF54143进行了低噪声放大电路设计,通过ADS对电路的仿真研究,并通过对仿真结果反复分析及对电路的不断改进,最后测得实验结果,电路各项指标均达到要求,并有一定裕量。
This paper mainly discusses some figures of Low Noise Amplifier (LNA), gain, noise figure, stability and so on, and discusses how to design the matching circuit and bias circuit of the LNA, also designs a LNA based on ATF54143. Then simulated by ADS,by analyzing the results and modifying the circuits for many times, all figures are required and are better than the requirements.
